Make stronger security decisions across the organization
Bring your technical experience into a broader security context. Fidelis Networks CISSP training helps you organize your preparation, connect topics across the syllabus, and recognize where you need deeper study.
Use the course to strengthen how you assess options, explain tradeoffs, and prioritize security work. For employers, it provides a common framework for discussing decisions across technical, operational, and management teams. The five-day format gives your preparation structure while leaving room for the independent review your experience requires.
Who should take this CISSP bootcamp
This course fits security engineers, analysts, administrators, consultants, auditors, and managers preparing for CISSP. It also suits experienced IT professionals expanding their security responsibilities.
Recommended background
Working familiarity with enterprise systems, networking, and security practices will help you keep pace. This is an accelerated preparation course. If security is new to you, contact Fidelis before enrolling so we can discuss whether the pace fits your experience. Certification eligibility is separate from course attendance.

What you should take away
Build a more organized study plan, connect your existing experience with unfamiliar areas, and strengthen your ability to explain why a security decision fits its context. Identify gaps before booking your exam and plan additional study around those gaps. Completion does not guarantee an exam result.
CISSP exam and certification requirements
The 2027 outline specifies a three-hour adaptive exam with 100–150 items and a passing score of 700 out of 1,000. Review ISC2 exam registration information for current booking policies and fees.
Earning CISSP requires more than completing training or passing the exam. ISC2 requires five years of qualifying experience across at least two domains. An eligible degree or approved credential can waive up to one year; waivers do not stack. Part-time work and internships may qualify under ISC2 rules.
Candidates without sufficient experience can pass the exam and pursue Associate of ISC2 status, then accumulate the required experience within six years. This status is not the CISSP certification. Review the official experience requirements.
After passing, follow ISC2’s certification application and endorsement process, including the applicable deadline, approval, and membership requirements.

Compare your next training step
Choose CISSP when you want broad security coverage and are preparing for the ISC2 credential. If your focus is executive security leadership, compare CCISO training. If you want to develop ethical-hacking skills, explore CEH training. These courses serve different goals and are not substitutes for CISSP eligibility requirements.
