Build networking skills you can use on the job
Build the skills to configure, secure, and troubleshoot Cisco networks with Fidelis Networks. Choose live online attendance or an available classroom session and build a practical foundation for network support and administration.
A network problem rarely stays inside one technology. This CCNA bootcamp connects addressing, switching, routing, and device security so you can understand how traffic moves and where connectivity fails.
Use the course to strengthen your ability to configure Cisco devices, verify network behavior, and investigate common faults. For teams, the course establishes a shared foundation for supporting network infrastructure and communicating technical issues.
Who should take this CCNA bootcamp
This course fits help desk technicians moving into network support, junior network administrators, entry-level network engineers, and IT professionals preparing for CCNA certification. It also suits organizations developing foundational Cisco networking skills across a team.

Recommended background
You should be comfortable using a computer, navigating an operating system, accessing the internet, and recognizing basic IP address concepts. Cisco does not require a prior certification to take the CCNA exam.
This is an accelerated course. If networking is completely new to you, contact Fidelis before enrolling so we can discuss whether the pace matches your experience. Plan for practice and review beyond the live sessions.
What you will learn
The course follows the new CCNA exam scope, connecting network infrastructure, switching, routing, services, security, and AI-assisted operations. Practice investigating faults, interpreting operational evidence, and verifying configuration changes.
Network infrastructure and connectivity
Diagnose cabling, interface, addressing, DHCP, and client connectivity problems across IPv4, IPv6, and wireless networks. Understand where virtualization fits into the infrastructure.
Switching and network access
Configure VLANs, trunks, switch interfaces, and EtherChannel. Apply Rapid PVST+ and its protection features. Use discovery information and troubleshooting output to verify connectivity and documentation.
IP routing
Interpret forwarding decisions and troubleshoot static routes. Configure single-area OSPF for IPv4 and IPv6, and assess first-hop redundancy status.
Network services and security
Work with administrative authentication, secure file transfers, NAT/PAT, DNS diagnosis, VPN concepts, IPv4 ACLs, and Layer 2 protections.
AI and network operations
Evaluate the role of agentic AI and select effective prompts for network operations. Explore management approaches, Ansible, SNMP, and syslog.
Practical work
Apply the curriculum through guided configuration and troubleshooting exercises. Connect observed symptoms with device output, choose a corrective action, and verify the result.
CCNA certification and exam preparation
This bootcamp prepares you for the new Implementing and Administering Cisco Solutions exam, 200-301 CCNA v2.0. Passing the exam earns the Cisco Certified Network Associate credential. Course completion and exam certification are separate.
Cisco’s published blueprint specifies a 120-minute exam. Review Cisco’s exam information for booking details and applicable fees.
CCNA course dates and enrollment
Tuition is $4,095 USD per participant for five days of live instructor-led training. The advertised package includes digital courseware, labs, exam preparation resources, and access to class recordings for review. Confirm resource access periods and delivery details before booking.
