Cancellation Policy: Students may cancel or reschedule their classroom registration without penalty by providing Fidelis Networks with written notice by faxing to (512) 651-8300 or emailing us at sales@FidelisNetworks.com up to 15 business days prior to the start date of the course. If a student wishes to reschedule their classroom registration, inside of 15 business days prior to the start date of the course, students must pay a rescheduling fee of $350. The original paid course tuition can be applied to the same course or another course of equal or lesser value for up to 6 months from the original course start date. Failure to attend the course without written notification to the above fax or email prior to the start of the course will be considered a “No Show” and will result in forfeiture of the full course price.If Fidelis Networks is forced to cancel a course for any reason, liability is limited to the registration fee only.
Substitution and Transfer Policy: Students may transfer to a later date within one year from the original course date provided the course fee has been paid in full. Substitutions may be made at any time.
Refund Policy:Students may cancel or reschedule their classroom registration without penalty following the above documented Cancellation Policy. Once a student attends the course there are NO refunds. Our Guarantee:If you successfully complete a Fidelis Networks Bootcamp and do not pass a professional certification examination, then you are eligible to enroll in a subsequent Bootcamp within one (1) year with just a small administrative fee (and the costs of new books if the course changes).
Fidelis Networks’s Guarantee is subject to the following terms and conditions: (i) You must notify Fidelis Networks in writing and provide proof of having not passed an applicable professional certification examination within 10 days (two business weeks) following the last day of the Bootcamp you attended; (ii) Your participation in a subsequent Bootcamp under this Guarantee is based on seat availability in a regularly scheduled, open enrollment Bootcamp; (iii) Except only for your Bootcamp tuition and enrollment fees, you are solely responsible for all costs and expenses incurred in attending a Bootcamp under this Guarantee, including all travel, lodging, meals and other out-of-pockets expenses, such as exams, associated with your participation in such Bootcamp; and (iv) Only individual (single) registrations are eligible.
